Confidentiality Agreement [External]

Prior to discussing confidential corporate information (network layout, fiber maps, etc.) with any third party, please ensure that we have an executed Confidentiality Agreement with said third party (also known as a Non-disclosure Agreement, or NDA). In some cases the third party may have a Mutual NDA for us to sign – those typically protect both parties.

FCC, LLC has a broiler plate Confidentiality Agreement for this purpose. It can be found on the server at MSSHARE > OPTIC BRANDING ASSETS > CUSTOMER FORMS AND CONTRACTS.

If you feel an NDA is necessary with anyone (including potential clients), please ensure the Confidentiality Agreement is executed by the third party and CTC General Manager.
