- Original CTC
- Simply a holding company – it has no operations
- The cooperative company – technically a “not-for-profit telephone cooperative”
- Fiber Communications of Columbus, LLC
- d/b/a Optic Communications
- Operates all Internet and Cable TV operations
- Owns rental property and most company vehicles
- CTC’s certificated CLEC company
- FCC, LLC = Optic Communications
- Columbus Communications Services, LLC
- Regulated ILEC operating in Columbus, KS
- Owns most Columbus assets and plant
- Tariffs and other regulated items are filed under CCS, LLC
- Currently provides payroll for core CTC employees
- Columbus Datacentric, Inc.
- Investments holding company
- Owns CTC’s investment in Kansas Fiber Network, LLC
- Parcom, LLC (51% ownership, 49% attributed to Vincent Schibi)
- Operates Parcom
- Holder of Verizon Wireless agent contract
- Legally entitled to all phone system sales/service within CTC enterprise
- CTC is designated three board of director positions on Parcom, LLC board – currently served by Trish Carroll, Nick Saporito, and Nick Bowers
- Parcom operates its own payroll
